Community impact has been core to the foundation of our business from day one. It is the "why" behind our values and our existence. Beginning 2018, t2B set a higher goal of getting out into the community once a month through volunteering. Not only did we meet that goal, we exceeded it, by finding personal passions in the process which compelled us to invest even more in our personal time.
Following are the wonderful organizations we touched, and who touched us back:
CRISIS ASSISTANCE MINISTRY
SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK
HABITAT FOR HUMANITY
MEALS ON WHEELS
AUTISM SPEAKS I CAN BIKE
CHARLOTTE RESCUE MISSION CAREER DEVELOPMENT
SPECIAL OLYMPICS SKATING
CHARLOTTE RESCUE MISSION THANKSGIVING MEALS
2018 SIM CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT

ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATION: "FROM THE BATTLEFIELD TO THE BOARDROOM"...
On January 23, 2017 we held our first CXO Roundtable at The Capital Grille with an exclusive group of ten dynamic business and community leaders. In addition to a fabulous dinner and networking with peers, we were proud to sponsor Chris Fussell from the McCrystal Group as our keynote speaker. Chris was a former member of SEAL Team 6 and 8, and was intimately involved in the War on Terror, both as a SEAL operator and then as one of General Stanley McCrystal’s key advisors. Under General McCrystal’s leadership, the entire Special Operations community, (SEAL Teams, Delta Force, Rangers, etc), was forced to embrace massive transformation in order to respond to the new, and highly dynamic threat. This transformation is largely credited for the surge in Afghanistan, the capture of Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden.
Chris shared how these powerful lessons of their learnings apply in the corporate world, where driving large scale change and organizational transformation is often elusive, but no less urgent.
A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO CHRIS AND TO ALL THE CXO'S WHO CONTRIBUTED TO A GREAT DISCUSSION!
